6、器械架聯(lián)軸器與歧管正確對齊。確保清洗機水/清洗液進口與清洗架歧管正確對齊，如果沒有對齊，水流、水分布及水壓都會受到影響，并且都可能導致清洗機運行不正常。水壓不足會導致噴淋臂無法正常運轉(zhuǎn)，還會削弱機械清洗作用。
6. The instrument rack coupling is correctly aligned with the manifold. Make sure that the washer water/detergent inlet is correctly aligned with the cleaning rack manifold. If it is not aligned, the water flow, water distribution and water pressure will be affected, and may cause the washer to operate abnormally. Insufficient water pressure will cause the spray arm to fail to operate normally and weaken the mechanical cleaning effect.
7、噴淋臂軸套存在且未受損：確保所有軸套、聯(lián)軸器、墊圈等存在且無任何裂痕或破損。

8、清洗劑/化學品輸送管道清晰、功能正常：目視檢查所有清洗劑等化學品輸送管道和連接端口：確保它們清晰，清潔，無阻塞、滯留空氣、扭結(jié)。管道上的磨損痕跡、破損或泄漏也應注意檢查。如果輸送管道有缺陷，則清洗液的濃度可能不正確從而使清洗循環(huán)無效。
8. Cleaning agent/chemical delivery pipeline is clear and functional: visually inspect all cleaning agent and other chemical delivery pipelines and connection ports: ensure that they are clear, clean and free of blockage, trapped air and kinks. Attention shall also be paid to the inspection of wear marks, damages or leaks on the pipeline. If the delivery pipe is defective, the concentration of the cleaning solution may be incorrect and the cleaning cycle may be invalid.
9、檢查所有化學品、清洗劑濃度是否正確：確保清洗劑及其他化學品容器內(nèi)的余量充足，確保輸送分配管道正確連接到對應的容器。

10、觀察清洗機總體情況：艙體內(nèi)表面應清潔，無污點、水垢及其它污染物堆積。這些都可能影響清洗機的性能和清洗效果。污點和水垢可能表明有水質(zhì)、化學品濃度過高等問題。確保任何適用的墊圈、密封圈、記錄器都處于正常狀態(tài)。
10. Observe the overall condition of the cleaning machine: the internal surface of the cabin shall be clean, and there shall be no dirt, scale and other pollutants. These may affect the performance and cleaning effect of the cleaning machine. Stains and scale may indicate problems such as high water quality and chemical concentration. Ensure that any applicable gaskets, sealing rings and recorders are in normal condition.
11、檢查艙體內(nèi)照明燈具工作正常：清洗機擁有視窗和內(nèi)部照明燈具允許在循環(huán)過程中觀察清洗機的性能。循環(huán)過程中需觀察噴淋臂是否正常運行，無器械/托盤阻礙清洗機的性能。觀察水流，確保無泡沫過多等跡象。
11. Check that the lighting fixtures in the cabin work normally: the washer has a window and internal lighting fixtures, allowing the performance of the washer to be observed during the cycle. During the circulation, it is necessary to observe whether the spray arm operates normally, and no instrument/tray hinders the performance of the washer. Observe the water flow to ensure that there is no sign of excessive foam.
